Many people ask the question, when is the best time to photograph a newborn?
I say within the first two weeks from birth although if your baby arrives early that gives you a bit more time for those sleepy photos. The reason why I love to capture your babies first few days is because they are nice an sleepy, they are easy to curl into all my lovely props as the wee bones are still fresh and flexible babies also love to be wrapped at this early stage as thats how they were in the mothers womb.
Choosing a photographer can be hard however I would always recommend you choosing someone who is fully trained and has years of experience and knows how to handle a newborn safely without putting them to any risk. Baby safety is the upmost priority when working with a newborn baby and I alway know when the cry changes and your baby needs settling on the day.
